EMAC team get involved with lots of overseas onsite installation and commissioning in the past, from Thailand to Indonesia, from Singapore to Turkey, from France to Spain. There is no doubt that onsite service is the best option for customers which we covered all works, responsibilities and provide operation and maintenance training for customers in the meantime.
But there are times when the EMAC team is temporarily unable to travel internationally, forcing us to switch to remote technical support. EMAC has successfully provided installation and commissioning technical support for a small number of projects through document support, email, video conference, etc., which also proves that most of our partners are capable of solving technical problems.


For business partners without a proper engineering team, EMAC has also established our network of local service partners where we can connect customers with our qualified local service engineers to help customers with installation and commissioning work, which proves to be a perfect s solution.
We have formed a systematic online video training system, all related services including installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, troubleshooting and overhaul can be trained through video instructions, which is low cost, repeatable, efficient, and can be translated into multiple languages .
